While Peanut Gallery is certainly a bit less than a night at the movies with you and a couple of pals, and a whole lot more fun, we realize some of you aren't just going to take our word for it. Like a movie, you want to see the trailer first.

For you, we present Peanut Gallery: The Demo. Think of it as the "first 10 minutes of the movie" version of the app. You get a feel for where the plot is going, how the special effects are and if its gonna be worth the parking nightmare.

So, download the new 1.0.1 demo, grab a few of your funniest pals and give it a try. Note that the downloadable demo differs from the retail version in the following ways:

Hosting: After 10 minutes, the theater closes.
Saving: The Demo doesn't save recorded sessions.
Characters: Only John, Jane, Nancy and Sid are included.
Playback: The Demo can't play back saves from the retail version.
Chat Audio: The Demo doesn't record audio chat.
Extra Media: The Demo version doesn't include any videos.
Assistance: The Demo is unsupported and does not include a Setup Assistant or help files.

The full retail version has none of these limitations.

Additionally, the Demo can't join theaters hosted by the retail version. Users of the retail version of Peanut Gallery/Peanut Gallery Matinée can't join theaters hosted by the Demo version.
